Leeson provides elder law advice including important advice on Medicaid and long-term care planning and the legal consequences of gifting and creating joint accounts.

Since 1983 William P. Leeson has represented clients who have suffered serious injuries and families who have suffered the loss of a family member because of anotherís negligence.
