The firm of Leeson, Leeson & Leeson advises clients on estate planning matters and guides the client in the
selection of methods that can eliminate or minimize death taxes while passing an estate to the intended
beneficiaries. Estate planning documents prepared by the firm include wills, trusts and grants of power
of attorney. We also prepare health care powers of attorney and living wills.

We provide elder law advice including important advice on Medicaid and long term care planning and about the
benefits and potential unintended legal consequences of gifting and creating joint accounts.
Estate Administration.
The firm provides the full range of services needed by a family member, executor or estate administrator to
administer a decedent’s estate from probate to distribution of the estate. This includes legal representation
needed to close and distribute accounts and make insurance claims, processes which can be detailed and complex
and, if not done correctly, can cause unnecessary delay and expense to the estate. We provide the legal
services needed by the estate to sell real estate. We provide the services needed to prepare and file all
final death and income tax filings.
Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Leeson, Leeson & Leeson represents
buyers or sellers in transactions involving residential and commercial real estate. We provide the full range
of legal services needed to advise, negotiate and close the transaction. Services include negotiation and
preparation of documents including agreements of sale, deeds, non-disclosure agreements, mortgages,
promissory notes and other closing papers.
We provide title search and title insurance services usually required by the buyer’s lender as a condition to
financing the purchase of a home or commercial real estate. The partners at LL&L advise and represent clients
in their negotiation and drafting of leases of residential and commercial real estate. This includes review,
negotiation and drafting of leases of apartments, office space, shopping center storefronts and other
commercial use real estate.
